Beto has 24 years of experience with Shivam Yoga and 17 years with Ayurvedic Massage. He is graduated as Nutritionist as well at Federal University of Ouro Preto (UFOP) – Brazil. He has been practicing Traditional Shivam Yoga since 1994. Beto is 41 years old now.
He used to work with Traditional Shivam Yoga methodology, Ayurvedic Massage and Human Nutrition all his professional life in São Paulo – Brazil until 2007 when arrived in Dublin.
Nowadays, he has classes at The Lantern Intercultural Centre and at The Holistic Centre of Ireland. Also there are massage sessions and yoga classes offered at private companies, houses or at your most convenience by appointment.
He was certified in Traditional Shivam Yoga and Ayurvedic Massage at Shivam Yoga Ashram created by Yoga Master Arnaldo de Almeida at UFOP – Brazil and Sanjeevane Ayurveda Hospital and Research Institute at Kerala – India for Dr. T. Manoj, and lived in India to improve his knowledge about Yoga and Ayurvedic Massage in 2002 and 2003.
Throughout this experience, Beto offers 40 hours training course for theory and practice of Ayurvedic Massage and 8 hours course about Yoga theory explaining about the different bases among Yoga Philosophies at worldwide (Sankhya, Vedanta, Tantra, Brarmacharya), since the source, between 7 and 12 thousands years ago, to contemporaneous life.
Beto has been already in touch with other methodologies worldwide but he is so loyal to Shivam Yoga methodology. Shivam Yoga is a kind of traditional style, so do not use any type of accessories, just the body by itself.
